  • 2 min AMRAP RIGHT HAND 5 KB clean,5 KB FR lunge,5 KB squat (light / moderate weight)

*Advanced athletes can do KB snatch and OH walking lunge


”Finisher”

On the min for 9 minutes

  • 30 sec. Handstand hold
  • 30 sec. Top of the chin up or ring row hold
  • 30 sec. Hollow side taps

Scale and do 20-40 sec.
