3 RM Back squat

  • start 3 rep sets w/about 85% of 1 rm and go as heavy as form allows

and then

Max reps with 70% of the heaviest 3 rep set


15 minutes AMRAP:

  • 10 strict T2B
  • 20 m overhead lunge (45/25lbs)
  • 30 air squat
  • 25m+25m Heavy Farmers walk
