6 x 5 back squat

  • every other minute
  • start w/ 70% of 1rm and increase

FOR TIME:

  • 20 Wall Ball
  • 20 DB Power cleans
  • 20 Wall Ball
  • 20 DB Deadlifts
  • 20 Wall Ball
  • 20 DB squats

*RX 50/35 IBS DB   and  20/14 Lbs ball

*scale reps and weight if needed
