Intervals 4 rounds(1 round is 90 sec.)

Person A works 30 sec.+ Person B works 30 sec.+both Rest

  • kipping MU,C2B,pull-ups or jumping pull-ups
  • DB Power snatch (55/35lb or heavy)

• Box jump overs (60/50cm)
