  • snatch deadlift+snatch high pull+muscle snatch

*light/moderate weight (max 50-60 % of 1 rm )

on the min for 10 minutes:

  • 2 power snatch+ Pause ohs

* 60-75 % of 1 rm snatch

3 rounds for time of:

  • 8 dumbbell thruster w/one hand left hand
  • 8 dumbbell power snatch
  • left hand
  • 8 dumbbell thruster w/one hand right hand
  • 8 dumbbell power snatch right hand
  •  10  L pull-ups

*heavy weight M 70-45 lbs W 45-25 lbs

*scale L-Pull-up to kipping L pull-ups , high knees pull-up etc .
