On the min for 10 minutes:

  • 5-8 Plyo push ups
  • 6-8 Box jump w/1 leg

For time:

  • 30/20 cal Bike (echo or assault )
  • 30/20 Cal Row
  • 30 m OH walking lunge w/20-10 kg Plate

Easy wod klo 17  ”On the min for 15 minutes” + Gymnastic strength
