Back squat 1 RM or do heavy singles

  • For Rookies or if you haven’t  done heavy squats for a while do heavy 3-5 rep sets

3-4 ”Giant sets”

  • 10-15 Hip extension in GHD or 15-20 back extension w/abmat
  • 10 Deadlift (50-60% of 1 rm)
  • 10 Double KB squat
