Condition

Warm up and preparation to todays workout:

On the min for 12 minutes:

  • 1 min Assault/ echo bike
  • 1 min stretching lower body
  • 1 min ski erg
  • 1 min stretching upper body

increase speed every rounds

Metcon

5 (4) rounds

E3M ”Every 3 minute”

  • 12/9 cal bike
  • 12/9 cal Ski
  • 6-10 burpee

In first sets you must go under 2 minute.

If you ”knockout” your self 4 rounds is enough
