  • 1 Hang pull (just above knees)
  • 1 Low pull (just off the ground)
  • 1 Pull from the ground
  • 1 Snatch

Complex:  Pull from the ground + 2 Snatch + ohs

  • Go 75-85 % of  1rm snatch and do 5 sets
