Tall snatch

  • 10 minutes and light weight and speed
  • 3 rep sets

2 heaving snatch balance + 2 snatch balance  

  • 15 minutes and light weight and speed
  • max 50-60 % of 1 rm snatch

3 rounds for quality and minimum rest:

  • 5 Snatch Deadlift (90 – 100% off 1 rm snatch/ tempo 3 sec. down )
  • 5-8 high box jump
  • 5 -10 m Handstand walk

Scale Handstand walk to:

5 m walk against the wall or 1-2 x 360° box walk
