Snatch 

10 minutes: snatch high pull, muscle snatch , snatch balance (light weights)

15 minutes: Hang Power snatch, ohs , snatch (moderate heavy max 75-80% of snatch 3-5 sets)


3 super sets

  • 10 deadlift (max 2/3  off 1 rm)
  • T2Bs

rest about 2,5 min – 3 min between sets

Advanced: 5-8 strict t2b + 5-10 kipping t2b + 10-15 abmat sit up

Intermediate: 5 strict t2b + 5 kipping t2b +  10-15 abmat sit up or you can use 90 ° t2b

Rookies: 5 strict high knee raises+ 5 kipping high knee raises + 10-15 abmat sit up
