Clean and jerk

10 minutes: Clean high pull, muscle clean , power clean + 3 push press

10 minutes: Power clean , 2 Front squat  + 2 push jerk

10 minutes: Go moderate heavy Power clean + push jerk = Find Metcon weight


10 minutes every 30 sec alternating

  • 1-2 Power clean + push jerk (70-80 % of 1 rm)
  • 1 Legless rope climp 

or 1 Rope climp or 2-3 beginner robe climbs
