  • Speed and quality
  • Try to do about 10 sets/15 minutes

Split jerk skill

Power clean + 2-3 Pause Split jerk (max 50% of 1 rm split jerk)

  • 12 minutes

3 rounds for time:

  • 15/12 cal bike
  • 10 burpee

Time limit 5 min

Advanced:15/12 cal + lateral box over burpee (You can use your hands to help jump over the box)

Intermediate: 12/9 cal + target burpee

Rookies: 12-7 cal + burpee
