On the min for 12 minutes:

  • Bike cal
  • ”90 degrees” kipping  T2B
  • rest

Advanced: 20/15 cal +  15 kipping ”90 degrees” T2B

Intermediate: 15/10 cal + 10-15 kipping  ”90 degrees” T2B or kipping knee raises

Rookies: Bike moderate pace 40 sec. + 10-15 kipping knee raises / 10 strict knee raises

rest 3 minutes

On the min for 12 minutes:

  • Ski erg cal
  • DU
  • rest

Advanced: 20/15 cal + 75 DU

Intermediate:15/10 cal + 25-50 DU

Rookies: Ski moderate pace 50 sec. + try to do 1 minute DU or 1 minute SU
