Pistol squat skill

4 rounds for quality:

  • 10 Pistol squat 5+5 (tempo 32×1)
  • 10 Good morning light weight(tempo 32×1)

3 super sets for quality:

  • 6 commando pull-ups etc..
  • 2 Rope climbs
  • 50 DU/75 single under

rest as needed but try to do unbroken sets. Time cap 10 min
