With a partner for time

  • 4×400 m Run (one rest while one runs)
  • 100 shoulder to overhead (95/65)
  • 80 alternating bar facing burpee
  • 60 Front rack lunge
  • 40 Med ball sit-ups (ball over barbell to partner)
  • 20 Bar muscle up / 30 C2B / 40 kipping pull-up or any scaling option
