  • 2 x 8 lifts under the knee 30-40 %
  • 2 x 5 lower hips to  knee and back 40-50 %
  • 2 x 5 pause on the knee 50 %

3 super sets:

  • 15 deadlift 50-60 % of 1 rm ( no bounce)
  • 15 ghd sit up
  • 15 supine ring row

rest 3 min between sets
