Hollow rock (tuck position), Russian twist (light weight 5 -10 lbs) and tuck-up or V-up

  • using gymnastic template
  • if last week is ok/easy, more reps

18 minutes Easy pace condition

3 rounds:

  • 2 min Assault bike (easy pace)
  • 2 min AMRAP : 10 Abmat sit-up x 20 Single under 
  • 2 min Farmers walk with kettle bells

Workout

Easy/moderate pace total 45 minutes

  • 15 minutes AMRAP : 200 m Ski Erg + 180 m Run (30 m +30 m shuttle run )
  • 15 minutes: Sled drag light weight (with partner)
  • 15 minutes: AMRAP : 60 m Farmers walk , 2 Wall climp, 8 Ring row
